KKM and Flowmaster

Im gonna be gettin the KKM intake for my 91 X and i was on the site now im alittle confused as what product im ordering..i dont see any applications for my vehicle so is the (TRUE-REV SPORT INDUCTION KIT Ranger / Mazda B 4.0L 90-94 TR-184094 92.95 ) The rite kit for my 91 4.0?

Also im ordering a flowmaster exhaust from Summit Racing but im alil confused once again. I wanna get the non-delta 40 series buton summit they have 2 diffrent types of exhausts...both have the same description but one is 159 and the other is 165 not that its a big deal at all just wondering if anyone knew the diffrence...also where can i find the non-delta 40 series if this isnt it?

You want KKM kit # TR-054094 (4.0L Ford Explorer). The kit comes with the adapter.

are you getting a muffler or an exhuast system? ii dont htink you can get the system with a flowmaster 40 non delta... it will probably be cheaper to go to a muffler shop, tell them what you want, and have them make you one with the flowmaster 40 non delta.....

Im gettin the whole exhaust system but im just gonna order the one from summit racing. Thanx for the imput guys

The Force II system has a 50 series and 2.25" pipes. If I were you (and I did it right the first time) I would just get the 40 series for the stock pipes. I have since replaced the 50 series with the 40 series, and wish I would've kept the stock 2" pipe, I feel that the loss in torque was not worth the gain in upper end HP. If your pipes are in good shape get a 40 series put on, if not, go get new 2" pipes with a 40 series.... just my opinion.

Well my pipes are actully in perfect shape the guy had a brand new one put in before i bought the X about 2 months ago. So where could i just get the 40 series muffler to put on?...If i did this should i run a straight pipe from the end of the exhaust out with a chrome tip or something to snaze it up a little or just replace the muffler.?
