Does anybody who lives in VA know the rule on conical filters? I either want to do a K&N FIPK or a KKM True Rev. I'd like to do the KKM since its half the money, but will I pass VA inspection? I don't live in NOVA, so I don't think we do emissions testing in central or south west va. Thanks y'all...

Just get a KN sticker and put it on there, they won't know the difference!

I like the way you think Alec! I honestly don't know how an air filter could be that much different emissions wise... K&N stickers can be snagged where? (Aside from ganking one from a box in Wal Mart...)

you can order them from www.knfilters.com . Since you need a $10 order and a sticker costs 10 cents, go ahead and get a cleaning kit I guess.

Or you can just get it out of the box at a store, shhhhh ;)

Alec, i've seen you repeatedly state that intake hoses (after the MAF) don't offer much of a performance gain, and a KKM is all you need... then why did you say that you would get a KKM intake hose if Warren were to make them?

Maybe if I didn't already have this one:
