lack of power

I have a 1997 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0 SOCH FIRST I had a p0171 & a p0174 codes reading cause I had a check engine light now just yesterday my said that there was a loss of power so when I got home I started the Suv and sure enough it sounds like I have a hole in exhaust it sounds pretty loud and the idle fluctuates it almost turns off need some Help!

Hi This is Jimmy it sounds like a timing chain and I hope not. I need a reliable Mechanic to take a look at it.
