Lacking power

Hello everyone,
I've got a 99 Mercury Mountaineer that's feeling really sluggish. The CEL is illuminated and I got the following codes: P1150, P1151, P0307, P0308, & P0174.

It has new spark plugs, wireset, distributor but feels like it's lacking power.

Can someone help?

According to the ODB II codes, you have an issue with your upstream O2 sensor(s) not working. You also have a vacuum leak on bank 2, which may be why you're getting misfires on cylinders 7 and 8. Are you sure you didn't crack the insulators on those spark plugs when you installed them? What brand of plugs did you install? Quite a few people have reported problems with Bosch spark plugs. Motorcraft or Autolite seem to work best.
