Can anyone tell me where the LOM is located. I've looked below the stereo to the right door and drivers side. Mines a 95 XLT LE and I can't seem to find the thing .

do you have the message center? supposedly, from reading, if you dont have the mesage center, you dont have a LOM

Should be just under the message center module.

A common fault on those is the current sensing resistors, break their solder joints. If that's the case, pretty easy to DIY fix with a soldering iron, or tack on a new wire if it has lifted/torn the PCB trace.

Here's an interior pic of the PCB (except I mirror imaged the rear of it), ignore the rest of the content in that post if not applicable, though it also shows how to mod it so it doesn't show lamp out, like if you'd used LED bulbs that don't use enough current:

No message center. But lamp is good and so is fuse. Just low went out at first on drivers side and high beam worked. Now just passenger side is working.

Yeah there is no point to the factory equipping it with a LOM if there is no message center so if I understand correctly, you have some other fault.

Wiring diagram attached. You can trace it with a multimeter to see where power stops.

Did you check both fuses? High and low beam use a different fuse, though with left completely out while right works, I'd suspect wiring or a bad ground, or corrosion in the bulb socket.
