I would still recommend you get the ball rolling with your credit card company, most have time limits on that sort of stuff.

He could try, but I doubt it will work unless Jasper is less than 150 miles away or in the same state. (Which I don't think it is.)

i cant drive down there, the truck is un-insured right now.

and last i checked- when a flexplate goes... it doesnt blow the engine. Nor does it make the sound that my engine is making. It's the engine, plain and simple 100% the engine in my truck right now is bad.

the whole situation is F'ed up. And i just dont have the time to deal with it now which really sucks.

well when not torqued down properly or it is loose it will sound almost exactly like rod knock

i know that- but the sound doesnt sound like rod knock. and jasper kept telling me that was the problem with the last engine until it exploded. so of course i took special care to torque it perfectly on the new engine.

like i said; its been proven, engine internals is 100% the problem here. i could fill up 15 more posts telling you why it is engine internals, but that's not whats being discussed in this thread... i need help figuring out a way to make jasper take some action instead of just screwing me.
