alright, the first week of february i ordered something from a company that markets explorer parts (i won't say which one yet 'cause i don't want to risk pissing them off, which would probably ensure i never see the product or a refund - you'll understand in a minute) they told me the product was in stock and should arrive iin two to three weeks. one month later i hadn't received anything so i called and asked what was up. they told me that they could do nothing because it takes longer than that before they could track lost packages. so i called back the next week, and the next and the next etc. then finally they came up with the idea that the product was somehow lost in Denver (or some other city neither where they shipped it from or where i was) they told me that the packing label had somehow fallen off the package and there would be some paperwork necessary in getting them back. i've called every few weeks or asked about the product via email and the answer has still been that they haven't heard from the post office. its now been four months in total and i haven't seen a product so i asked for a refund, and they told me that they couldn't do anything until they heard from the post office
so the question is what do you guys think? is there any validity to what they're saying? i'm hoping that this thread will result in a lot of people saying that this is BS and they should really refund my money, and immediately at that. then i will email they owner of the shop and tell him to check out the thread and hope he does the right thing. otherwise i will post the name of his company and the product here and everywhere else i can think of in an attempt to screw him out of more than the 105 dollars they screwed me out of.
