I have a question about the rear leaf springs... the leafs are under the axle and i was wondering if i would be able to flip that on to the top of the axle which would give me more ride hit... If so is there anything that i would need to get or know to make this work...i thought ive seen this before on some other trucks but havent really seen any post about it...i was going to get Add a leafs but those would just sag after a while and loose my ride comfort and im gonna be getting a suspension lift soon anyways...Thanks

asked the similar question awhile back. Do a search on "SOA Brackets"

It will give you a 5.5" to 6" lift.

That is why the lift kits are 5.5-inch. The spring over axle conversion lifts the rear suspension, to compensate the front axle must also be lifted 5.5-inch, usually by drop brackets and taller coil springs. So in other words to do the spring over conversion you will need a 5.5 inch (minimum) lift kit.

ok thanks for the info
