i was woundering if i could find a f150 or some other rear spring that would lift up my truck in back
 






Welcome to this forum! There are other ways to lift it, such as with air bags, air adjustable shocks, etc.

Get some stock springs from a 4 door, put them on your truck and buy some shackles.
