I am looking to buy new leaf springs to change out on my 04 ST. So far around where I live the auto parts STORES cannot get them and the STEALER SHIP is way to much as per side. Can anyone send me a link or even a phone number to call for New Leaf Springs. Mine are sagging, so I am looking for new leaf springs and maybe heavy duty. Thanks!

What's your budget and are you planning on lifting your Trac at all? Are the leafpacks flat or starting to look like W's?

Starting to look like W's I called Ford today they want almost 400 per side. I am thinking that some business has new ones or can order new ones cheaper.
I am going to lift it up some Rebel but not in the nose bleed area. LOL. I called NAPA, O'reilly's, and AUTOZONE today, they cannot get them.

Look around for a spring shop to rebuild the ones you have a new main leaf and maybe a extra in the pack will take care of it.

Thank you Roamer!

Thank you swshawaii & 01STrunner!

Ok, I found a 4" lift Leaf spring for my truck for $110 each, new, with limited lifetime warranty. Is this a good buy? $220 tax and shipping.

Yes, who makes them? Superlift? Where'd you find those at?

Now I am truing to find something on raising the front of my truck. 2 wheel drive.

RWD can exceed the 2" limit not having CV's. Be aware of severe ball joint angles and that camber kits will be required for proper alignment. If you bottom out the torsion bolts get longer ones, don't bother with lift keys that achieve no more than longer bolts. Ride quality is the same as are the control arm angles. Also look into the Rancho RS5374 lifted shock reviewed by obie below. Again, tons of info here, search the sub forums.

Thank you for the information swshawaii, Great read. I might do the TT but I have notice when I had changed my oil a few months back that there was a bolt longer than the other. Should I replace both of them? I am leaning on getting the leaf springs that are 4 "lift because it is new. and for 110 apiece, frees shipping, and my leaf springs that are sagging. That is hard to pass up. I am reading the information that you have passed on to me. I guess I need to get the elite membership here so I can post pictures. LOLOL

Regarding Superlift springs, read this first and pay attention to the original post date.

Not saying not to get them, just know that it might be a while before you ever see them. It is not a matter of who you buy them from (JEG's, Summit, etc.). Nobody has them right now and Superlift is in the process of switching suppliers. I also plan to get a set but I'm waiting to see people start to actually receive them before I put out the money. I'm a little skeptical of the dates those guys keep getting so I'm just going to stick it out for now.

Thank you Bomber and offtrac and swshawaii, I've printed some of the information that you have posted. Offtrac I am going to call superlift monday morning as I see it a Louisiana Company and ask them what is up with the leaf springs. I might even ask them if they will sell it to me personally, just about a 3 hour drive for me and give me something to look at, country. If they will sell to me, I might try to have them lower the price for me. LMBO!~

swshawaii and offtrac, may I add you to my contacts?

Ditto Kajun, although I'm a "pavement Queen", glad to help you in any way possible. ;)

Ok, I just gotten off the phone with SuperLift, Nice people to talk with. They had to change their supplier with the leaf springs, they can get the leaf springs. I asked about front end lift to the 2 wheel drive. They don't have any kits but pointed out they do have a 4" lift kits for the 4WD, Part# K496 It's 1577.96 :splat:. They said it is possible to fit my truck with extra parts. I don't think I will go through this route. LOLOL
