hey guys, I have a small oil leak (see below) I'm not sure what the seal is called or where I can get it, unfortunately I live in Sweden and would appreciate if you can recommend a good shop that ships internationally..

thanks

pinion yoke seal for a D35 ifs,,

is there a ford dealer anywhere nearby ?
shouldn't be expensive, but changing it is a bit challenging,, you have to have a torque wrench and big socket to get that flange off, and back on to the right torque setting

well the ford dealers in Europe don't have the same cars as Ford US. I have ordered alot of stuff from 4wheelparts and autozone over the past 2 years so I dont mind the shipping as long as I get the exact part that fits with good quality =)

I did change it on my old wrangler a couple of years ago so it shouldnt be that tricky, by the way is there a write up on changing this one? info like torque etc.. thanks

Remove the large nut after removing the drive shaft end. To remove the flange to get to the pinion seal, you need a 3 jaw puller. Pull seal out with a screwdriver or a seal puller. Use some emery cloth to clean up the pinion shaft (there is a part called "Speedy Sleeve", to use if it is marred/gouged/worn bad) Replace seal (after greasing the spring) by tapping it in straight with a socket & hammer. There are threads on how to replace these pesky seals.

There is also some bit of controversy on how to go about it. Some say they do not replace the crush sleeve, and to mark the nut location before removing it, then when replacing it, just go a bit past the original location.

Some say to replace the crush sleeve on the pinion gear inside, then use a torque wrench to crush it to specs. Of course any place you take it too, will say to do the more expensive way and replace the crush sleeve. Is it absolutely necessary? I am not sold on either way myself, so that's up to you to decide.

Rockauto.com sells these seals, there cheap. I am not sure about over seas shipping tho.
