It's probably the rear main seal of the engine, the 4.0 is notorious for this.

It's an easy fix...just separate the engine and transmission, pop out the old seal, drive in the new one, and you're good to go! LOL:D

Seriously, I have simply put up with my leak for the past 12 years or so. I just keep a piece of cardboard in place in my garage floor.
 






X2,that's a real bear to fix. I would just live with it until such time as the tranny has to come out........and it will.:D
