Good afternoon,
Our explorer had an incident with a rabid dear about 5 years ago which resulted in a few broken windows and some body damage. The drivers side cargo area window has been leaking more and more over time. I noticed the water pouring in during the last rain storm we had so I grabbed some tools and removed what plastic paneling I could to expose the interior of the window. I learned that the window frame is studded and attaches to the vehicle. The nuts that thread on were less than finger tight. I tightened them, the water stopped, and now it started again. Should I remove the window seal the outer gasket with something (what?) and re install or what?
Thank you
Aaron
