Leaking Roof Inner Rails

Hey everyone I need some advise to see what you all think I should do I have searched around and can't really find a good answer. I had the roof redone at a body shop about a year ago due to heavy rust and some pitting above the windshield, I am unable to take it back there due to moving about 500 Mi away. It looks like my 4 inner roof rails are cracked and one is just totally broken into with about 1/4 of a inch gap. I am pretty sure that is where my leak is coming from I have pulled off my other 2 Luggage rack rails and they seem fine. Tried to take off the inner rails but to no avail I think they are rioted on, so now I am not sure exactly what to do. Not sure if I will be able to take care of this myself or just to take it to a body shop.

post a picture of them ? that would help a little.

Or just use some clear caulk around where you think it is leaking. No one will ever see it.
