FYI

The roof was leaking at the rear area where the headliner meets the window, I tighten up screws for high brake light, no good,so I took it to the dealer they replaced the rear window glass.

They replaced the glass?!?!?!? How much did they charge you? I would think if the seal was bad they just need to replace the seal!

EDIT:
Nevermind, I see you are still under warranty.

Re: leaking Roof.

We just had a bad rain storm pass by and it's still leaking,
I had tested it with a garden hose when I got home from the dealer and there was no leak.

You might want to check the roof racks as well.

Welcome! Check your weatherstripping to see if any areas are loose or out of place. Also, try the bubble test - fill a bucket with water and (car wash) soap, and pour it across the leaky area to see if any air is escaping - you might want to turn on high the fan in the car (don't lock the keys inside).

I just had to the same thing on my 2001. Had been chasing a funky smell for two weeks. Cleaned all the carpets. Thought the wife of kids has spilled som BoJangles tea or coffee or something.

This morning after Hanna had dumped 5" of rain I open it up and it reeked. Then I saw all the drips coming down from the headliner!

Got on top and found four of the 10 bolts in the luggage rack were loose and rusty. I pulled it all apart and cleaned all the corrosion. Loaded the threads and recesses of the mount up with 50 year silicon II.

It looked like they use plummers putty in the factory on the threads. Let you know later if that is the end of it. There are four or five rails in the middle between the racks that appear to be riveted down.
