Alright, here is my advice.
First, open all the doors and hatches, vacuum up everything, wipe all the leather down with some Leatherique leather upholstery cleaner, or applicable leather cleaner.
Secondly, leave the car to air out for at least 4-5 hours with all the doors open. Crack open a case of beer, stay by your vehicle so youffs don't steal stuff out of it.
After this, get your Arm and Hammer or applicable baking soda. Sprinkle the baking soda onto every seat in the vehicle, on top of tea towels so as to not react with the leather. Then, when you have a decent amount built up, close down the hatch and everything. Leave the vehicle overnight.
Essentially the baking soda would have (or should have) absorbed the ass smell. Remove the baking soda with a vacuum. I'd go ahead and saturate with a liquid cleaner like Lysol with a lemon scent as well, letting the liquid absorb into the foam. Then, get a small dehumidifier and leave it on the bed of the vehicle (in the back) and let that run for a solid 4-5 hours, absorbing all the moisture out of the air. After that get yourself a cup type air freshener, and put it under the driver's seat. Leave it under there. Do the leather again in Leatherique/leather cleaner, and the smell should be gone.
