The hot/dim spots aren't quite as obvious in person, I am actually quite pleased.

A note for anyone else who wants to do this. If you replace the battery, 4wd, low range, check engine, check oil or ABS light with LEDs, some of those lights will dimly glow while the engine is running, and your lights on your push-button 4wd will glow dimly. I changed them back to incandescent bulbs..... It was just a vanity thing to make anything other than the cluster illumination or high beam indicator LED anyways. With the cluster illumination and high beam indicator, I am saving 3 watts per bulb, and replacing the only ones that are on a lot with bulbs that will effectively never burn out. I did replace all the indicator lights other than the 6 I named with LEDs, and have replaced every light other than my front turn signals and headlights with LEDs. Turn signal indicators look so sharp now when they flash... I love it.

Anyways, as I said. I am quite happy with it. I may take my cluster out again to color the back of the cluster to give me a greener illumination than the light green this gives me.... I also may change the needles' color to orange.
