left and right control arms...am i going crazy?

so yea, they aren't the same part? left and right that is, or are they, and my vehicle had some replacements put on it?

just curious, a moment ago, I was just looking over my vehicle, and had noticed that when i was checking out the front tires.....

please don't *****, im goinna start a search on this now...

They are two different parts. The lowers are both directional and the passenger side upper is adjustable.
