I replaced my back brake shoes last Saturday.. They were wore completely out just almost metal to metal.. I KNEW i should have replaced the wheel cylinders too but I was hard headed... I noticed this morning my rear back wheel was wet on the inside.. Checked the fluid and confirmed it...I just got back from getting 2 new wheel cylinders.. I also got new self adjusting cables too, mine were broke and i just manually set the the shoes and put it back together.. This complete replaces everything about the brakes.. Maybe i will be done with that for a while........

Did ya replace the springs when you replaced the shoes?

yea i replaced all the springs... I was gonna be hard headed there too but when i pulled the hub a broke spring fell out on the ground .. I went picked up the kit to redo both sides.. I have better brakes now than its had since Ive been the owner.. A good full petal!!
