License plate bracket

Has anyone tried taking the license plate bracket off? I can't seem to get it off I hate the way it looks cause I'm gonna move the license plate thanks

I believe they are held on with rivets and u will have to drill them out. If u want to move it u will have three holes left in the bumper which will be very visible. I would just leave it where it is
