License plate light is out

There are two small lights that illuminate my rear license plate and one of them is out. How do I replace this? Would I get the replacement light from a place like Advanced Auto Parts?

There are 2 screws that hold the lenses in there you pull the lens out twist the pigtail out and replace the #194 bulb that is available at advance or any other auto parts store.

For the '97 the lights/license are on the bumper. All you do is reach up and behind the bumper until you find where the light harness meets with the bulb. It twists out then just plug the new bulb in.
