lift kits for a 91????

hello. i just joined! i have been searching for a 3" lift kit for my 91 explorer and i cant find a thing. does anyone have any suggestions as to where i can order one? all i can find is stuff for rangers. please help!

Well I first must say welcome to the forum. If ya got a question and it relates to an explorer, someone out there will be able to help. My best solution is to pick up a 4x4 magazine and search at places like http://www.4wpw.com or pick up a 4x4 truck magazine....Those lifts are out there and they range in quality, price, ride quality, ect.

Go to http://www.4wheelparts.com. I bought my 3" lift for my 91 from them. It cost like $100 with shipping and everything included.

btw.......i forgot to mention that its 2wd

im sure all the lift info you all gave me was for 4x4's but i have a 2wd. thanks for all the quick replies though! any ideas?

Many of the lift kits that you can purchase for 4x's also apply to the 2x appications...You'd have to ask about the suspension lifts, but the body lifts wont' make a difference. If you're looking to just give a "look" to the truck you're probably better off just getting a body...if you're going for off road usage, you might consider the suspension lift.
