So I am gonna lift my EX with the coil spacers and a PA body lift...

so that should lift the truck about 4 inches right? I don't know if they will cancel eachother out and only give me 2?

Now my question is what will that do to the driveability of the vehicle?

I need to buy new shocks but how long should they be?

Am I gonna need to buy anything else to make it drive straight? Like extended radius arms? If i need to buy anything else where should i get it?

A suspension lift basicly lifts all but the axles, and a body lift lifts the body above the frame.

I believe the spacers will lift the front around 2" give or take a little.
You can bring the rear up with shackles or AAL

The PA body lift is a 1,2,or 3 inch kit and will take you that much up bodywise

You will not need to purchase new shock unless you would like to do so.

As for driveability, you will probably need to get an alignment, and all will be well. Your suspension will likely feel a bit stiffer depending on how you do the lift. With any lift your cornering ability decreases as your center of gravity is raised. This can be compensated for somewhat by buying wider tires and better shocks ie; Rancho 9000 or the like.

On the first of this post keep in mind I drive a 2nd gen, so may not be a 100% accurate on the coil spacer height, it seems correct to me though.

With a 3" BL and coil spacers you will get 5". That is if you use the daystar 2" coil spacers, rather than the f150 coil seats. With that, you will want to lift the back a bit also. You could use warrior shackles (part # WAR-153), or you could use an add a leaf.

Lifting it will change driveability, but just don't drive like a maniak and you will be fine.

I've done the f-150 spacer lift also, besides the rear you won't have to buy anything else. You WILL need an alignment...just wait till you look at the front it's kinda funny how much the top of the tires stick out after you put the spacers in. For the rear you could do what I did (an add-a-leaf) which stiffens up the ride quite abit, I like that but you might not, warrior shackels (WAR153) will retain more of a stock ride. You won't need new shocks, radius arms, or brake lines with this lift. You might notice the steering is alittle more sensitive, i have, but it's not bad. Like audiodude said if you don't drive like a maniak you'll be fine. I can't think of anything else, if you have any questions i'd be more than happy to help, you can pm me if you need, as would everone else here. Post pics :D

Good luck!
