if you are 4x2: get a spindle and do a TT for the front, then do add a leaf and shackles in the rear

if you are 4x4: you can do a 2" TT, and add a leaf or shackles in the rear, or get a complete kit (superlift, ect.)

just depends on how much money you want to spend

search......also there are body lifts....rcd kit.....it has been disscuses many times

Body Lift

Do you know anyone that has a body lift on our gen x, one of my buddies and iare thinking about making one out of some hockey pucks and steel plates, im mainly wondering as to if i have to drop anything like brake line etc.???

hockey pucks...not a good idea, just get the ranger PA body lift and dont think you will need to do anything besides make brackets for the fenders (easy) but search for this, there is a ton of information on this, TT is even easier

the body lift that is used for the 96 is pa-853 it is the ranger kit but you need to alter the bumper brakets that come with the kit.
