where can i find a lift spring for my mommy's 97 X...i also want to crank the torsions 2" and install a body lift...where can i find a body lift? thanx in advance.

LIFT springs for 97 4x4???

Welcome to the site. I take it you are talking about the rear springs. Old Man Emu has 2" lifted springs that are very very good and will improve your ride as well as lift it.
They are not cheap, but well worth the money.
You can find a body lift for 92-94 Explorers and will work for the 95+ models. You can get one at National Tire & Wheel.
I don't remember the website address, but I know some one here knows it, or you can do a search for national tire and wheel.
