lifted 2004 sport trac ride

hey guys... so i did a torsion key and add a leaf lift on my 2004 sport trac... should i have done a shock extender too? my ride got kind of stiff..

Typical of lift keys or a TT, look at the LCA angles. How much lift?

It was almost 3 inches. Like 2.75 in front. My next step is a spindle lift in front and leaf over conversion in rear.

4WD? Is so, 2" is the upper limit for the CV's, ball joints, etc. Search through the Off Road sub-forum below, much info. GL
