Originally posted by Perry Teri and I would like to get an Escape, but I think for a little suv that has somewhat of a 4x4 I would have to go with the new Jeep. At least it has low gear and I think there is already a lift out for it. I do think an Escape would look good lifted.
Thats funny. You will need some more trimming to offroad that thing We wont be trying any of that on her 2001. We will do good to get a 30 under there but thats better than nothing! Maybe a 31 if we trim a little of the inner plastic stuff. She may if we did that though.
It's going to get a three/four inch lift too. I plan on running a James Duff Stage III lift on it, and I'll chop the top to make the rear end lighter and provide a little more clearance for the tires. A rattle can paint job, herculined interior, a roll cage and an in-bed tire carrier should complete the look, then maybe I'll try to make some new bumpers for it. Then it's going to get the d35 and 8.8 out of my ex, eventually. It's going to be one ugly trail truck
