Liftgate unlock

What setting do I need to change in Forscan to get the liftgate to unlock with my doors and/or the fob. It only unlocks with the PIU turned on and then hitting the liftgate button on the fob or unlock on the door panel. Even hitting the door unlock button inside the car doesn't open it without the car being on, I have to use the key. I'd like to be able to unlock the liftgate without the PIU being on by just using the fob or using the door panel unlock button.

Please check the settings in the BCM module:
Liftgate Trunk,
Police Liftgate Unlock,
Police Trunk / Liftgate Unlock

With my settings, the trunk opening does not work properly for me either.
It works when the key is in the ignition switch on. Before I changed the settings on the Forscan, the trunk opening worked normally.

I did, with Forscan I changed entries in BCM:
726-08-01 0201 xx //Police Rear Door Config//
726 016-01 0000 xx //Lifgate Smart Unlock//
Check and compare, possibly change and let me know if it helped.
