Lifting 1994 Mazda Navajo as cheap as possible.

I own a 1994 mazda navajo that is four wheel drive. Its an automatic transmission. I want to lift it atleast high enough so I can put 31 inch tires under it. But I would really like to put 33's eventually, so I would like to go ahead and lift it high enough for that. I want to do this as cheap as possible. Any ideas?
