lighting questions 96 limited

Just bought a Black 96 limited and was curious if the memory seat switch, Headlight switch and Fog light switch were supposed to be backlit? If so How do I go about changing them and where can you get the bulbs.

Memory seat buttons do not light up.
The pictures around the head light switch light up but not the actual knob.
If your fog ligth button is on the readio bezel right above the rear defrost swtich Yes it lights up.
