Okay, I have two relatively simple questions regarding lighting:

1. How do you replace the bulb that illuminates the cruise control buttons. I cannot find access to where the bulb would be.

2. Is the power window control supposed to light up with all the other controls? Mine has never been lit and I'm just wondering if it's just that my bulb is bad or if that control has no light at all.

I searched for the answers to these questions but could not find them. Thanks.

There was a thread a while back on replacing the bulb in the cruise control. Maybe someone can direct you to it.

Yes the power window buttons should light up.

I have pics of the cruise bulb replacement, but all you do is pry the rubbery button topper off, and lift the circuit board inside up and the bulb scres in from underneath.

The lights in the window controls are mini led's I believe, but the easiest way to replace them I heard was to get a replacement panel from a junked Ex unless you have the right mini LED's and are versed in replacing those types of things. I have one if you need one- Pulled it for a member who ended up not buying it once I did.

Okay. Thanks. I kind of assumed that was how to replace the cruise button bulbs but I didn't want to go prying on things without knowing what I was doing. :nono:

When I said power window controls I actually meant the power mirror control. I really need to start proof-reading what I type haha.
