Location of blower resistor anyone ?

Just got a new one of these and am having trouble finding it on my Ex, spent half hour this morning under the bonnet with no avail!.

Have been looking at this diagram

but still cant seam to locate it! Any help as always appreciated.

The blower resistor is on the right (from the front) and at the bottom of the blower fan, next to the aircon unit against the bulkhead.
 






Thanks Howard, i was looking at thr wrong side! i think i found it, just need to figure out how to get to it!

Damn! I just e mailed the guys at Newport asking the same question!!!! MIne only works on 3 and 4!
Have to do this fast b4 even they die!
 






I got one at my local Ford dealer was only £6 inc vat!

just done mine tonight, git of a job access wise, thanks for the location earlier in the thread I took that part of the loom off and removed the throttle box as well, made things a lot better, my plug had melted to the end of the old resistor though and I have had to make a new plug up, still it works now :thumbsup:

that and the new dimmer switch which means I now have dash lights for the first time since I bought it means it was a good evenings work :D
