ok ive found it, thanks alot... and it is true.... pain is weakness.... pain is temporary!.... also.... my fan has only worked on high speed since i picked up my exploder, last week a grumbling noise started and now i have zero fan control, did the bearing in the motor go bad?

the resistor will take care of the speed to get low, medium and high. But if it stopped good chance the squirrel cage bearing puked.

While you are in there changing the blower motor, take a shop vac, or a regular vacuum if you don't have one, and vacuum out the inside of that box. Lots of leaves and debris collect in there, and they will catch fire from the blower resistor.... take out the blower resistor too so that you can vacuum around it.
