On my 02 Explorer XLS, I'm experiencing intermittent problems with remotes not locking or unlocking, transmitters good, batteries good, reprogrammed several times, however, the system will not function properly. I think this component is the culprit.
Also, if replaced does it need reprogramming of any type? Thanks in advance.
