Locked rear door XLT 02

Hi Everyone,

i've Explorer XLT 02, can anyone advice me how to open the rear left door, it suddenly jammed and i cannot open it neither from inside nor from outside, the remote is working fine also the driver panel buttons and i can hear the locking valve is ticking inside, but the door cannot be opened

hmmmmm sure it isnt frozen shut. lol
