I know this isn't specific to Explorers but it's the only section of the board that gets a lot of responses. Heres a link to an Impala that dynoed at 735hp and 798rwtq. I'm not a Chevy person at all but I gotta give that guy mad props on that car, it has to haul ass. Does anyone have any vids of Explorers? I searched and couldn't find any, I saw Troll's a while ago, but when I found the links again it wouldn't work? Anyone know the link for Troll when he was racing? or anyother Explorer.

It's about a minute so I don't know how long it'll take to download because I have DSL, but wait to you hear him gunn it and watch the whole car jerk from the torque. And if you can find any links for Explorers:) Thanks

Right click on the picture and select "save target as" then browse where you want it downloaded to. Click the desktop icon, or the up arrow to your desktop for easy access.

SWEET. Thanks.

not sure how to save it, I think it's one of those sites where you just have to keep downloading it to view it. I got it from stangnet.com, do a search for videos and you'll see some sick cars mostly mustangs, it's also a mad cool board, FORD RULES. It doesn't really apply to Explorer's but the 5.0 and 4.6 Ex's/Mounty's can basically be bolted on with any Mustang part and if you click on the review button you can find a lot of **** on any mod, and they have a lot of info/reviews on exhaust and how they sound on the 5.0 and 4.6 so you can get an idea of how it would probably sound on our Ex's and Mounty's.

Did anybody happen to know a link that works for Troll's video? I want to show my moms friend who has a Ruf Porshe Turbo how fast this daily driven Explorer is. I saw the Troll's times and it was only a little slower than the Ruf when it was stock (in Ruf form). But he had Ruf and Auothority do a lot of stuff to it and now it dynoed at 765hp at 6600 rpm and just under 698rwtq at 4600rpm, I couldn't beleive how fast that car is, it has so much torque that it will blurr your vision when he floors it. It's still street legal and very comfortable you'd be suprised at how well his car of that caliber rode, it wasn't harsh at all just nice and firm. And the sound, o my god, it sounds incredible, like having your own race car.

EDIT- also forgot to metion that this proves why almost all the reviews say that Porsche is the most reliable super car. His Porsche is his daily driver:eek: . So it should be FORD AND PORSCHE RULE, best of both worlds (domestic-import).

What torque said worked for downloading.

ok now I know how to save it, I saw that after I posted. Thanks. What about the link for Trolls video

Ok, I think my moms friend is comming over today with his Ruf Porsche (seriously, it's a sick car, I've never been in something that will blurr your vision). If he does I'll let him post some stuff, he really wants to see the Troll, he thinks it's insane (in a good way) that someone did that to an Explorer and definetley wants to see some videos of the Troll at Morosso, or whatever track the viseos were takin at, did anyone get the links to work, I can't view the video when I searched here??:(

I have one of troll's videos on my computer (the one where he runs 3 11's or something like that)... if you have instant messanger i could send it to you over that. Otherwise, gimme an e-mail address to send it to.. I have to leave in 20 minutes so I hope you see this quick :D

don't know If I caught you in time but I just got dsl and haven't set up email yet, so try sending it to Andrea_Cheney@msn.com thats what I used for msn. Thanks alot bro! Hope I caught you in time:)

EDIT - also theres an underscore between andrea and cheney, it just didn't show up, thanks

edit: sent it, enjoy man...it's a hell of a truck!

cool thanks a lot. I've gotta figure a way of how to get his Porcshe on video, I'll see if he has a digital cam or something. Either that or I'll just take our regular handheld video recorder and go for a ride, and just record the blur out the windows:D, thats if my eyes don't get pressed into their sockets:confused:, I honestly can't imagine what those top fuel cars feel like.

whats up guys, my moms friend came over with the Porsche, hehehe, so I let him right a little somethin - his name is Chris also, but I go by C.J.

Chris - hey whats going on guys, I gotta say I'm very impressed with the Troll Explorer, that suv is incredible. I think you will be able to dust just about any car on the road, most people don't understand what torque does for a car and only concentrate on horsepower, well your truck has plenty of it to be running those times. Have you used NOS on it yet? Because I think you will be able to hit tens pretty easily with your truck. I have a Ruf Porsche, and so far I'm in love with it, it's gutwrenching fast. With what Ruf and Autothority have done, my car is running around 737hp at 6600rpm and 693rwtq at 4300rpm and it holds over 90% of it until redline, so he was only off a little on the numbers (cj). Autothority regeared it because the stock Ruf gearing would cause me to break the tires lose completley threw 1-3, now its perfect and the torque comes on so strong that the 1st three gears will easily blur your vision and the last 3 (even 6th only slightly less) will still press you into the seat harder than anything you've probable ever felt except for the troll he knows what I'm talking about. The best way to describe the sound from the engine is a mix between an indy car's wail, nascar's loudnest (not as loud though), with honestly sounds like a hint of a Cobra's burble, it truely sounds incredible. Well I have to get going so it was nice talking with you guys, and congrats Troll.

PS: I also have a 2002 V8 Limited and love it. This is my 4th Explorer although the wife mainly drives that, we have a few other cars, but I drive the Porsche everyday.
