Looking for an X

Guys and Girls,

Firstly thanks for a fantastic site, and my apologies in advance for spelling and language differences, but I am a Brit who is seriously seeking an X.

Unfortunately there are no X sites in the UK, perhaps I may be the first, anyway.

I am looking at an X as my puppy has outgrown my estate (Stationwagon?) he is only 9 months old so I figured now is the time to realise my dream.

Are there any big issues with the X that I should be aware of before getting one.

I am looking at UK spec, Right hand drive (Obvious I know but there are also a number of US spec Left hand drive X's in the UK. The versions available here are 4.0 v6, shame as I would love a real v8!

Yes,

they drink a lot of gas (petrol) and they are real wide for some of your roads. Haven't been back to England in years but can't believe that all the country roads have been widened since I left. That being said, hope you and your puppy enjoy your Explorer when you get one.
