Looking for instructions/pictures on changing Intake Manifold Gasket on a SOHC engine

I have been looking around for instructions and /or pictures on changing the Intake Manifold upper plenum and lower Gaskets. All I have found is some for the X OHV eninge. I have the SOHC engine. 2000 Ford Explorer V6 4.0 E SOHC 4wd, to be exact.

Can anyone direct me to the right place?
