Looking for K&N Filtercharger system

I own a 00 XLS with a 4.0L engine. I want to install a K&N Filtercharger system in it. Where is a good place online or locally (National Parts Store Chain) that I can get the kit from. How much will it run me and will I see a slight difference in performance. A good link would help me to order.

I ordered one from www.performanceproducts.com. I have also seen them at the local Pep Boys, but P/P was cheaper.
