looking for new lifted truck

Hi folks;
Well; because of some thangs going on, I can finally afford a new truck! I am looking for a dealership that sells new trucks with lifts and bigger tires already installed.
I don't have the time to install these things myself because I work so much, so I'll have to buy it with the lift and tires already installed.
The ex has a little over 80,000 miles on it and I will be trading it in on the new truck. I'd prefer another ford; but I'm gonna go with whatever dealership (ford, chevy, dodge) that will give me the best deal.
I live near san francisco and would like to find a dealer within 100 miles of here. Anyone have any ideas?

I know it's not that close to you but I know Encinitas Ford works with 4 Wheel Parts and other retailers / installers to sell modified trucks as new. I've gotten some work done there and they're a great dealership. I'd give them a call and talk to them, and see if they can refer you to a dealer in your area or give you a deal for buying from them.
