Looking for some insight on noise

Hi I'm new here I have a 1999 Ford explorer with the 4.0 sohc with about 131k on it surprisingly enough I don't have a timing chain noise but I do have a strange noise that I can't seem to figure out it's like a strange jingling coming from the front of the truck it doesn't do it at idle just under throttle and it's more annoying than anything does anyone have any insight as to what it is? Thanks in advance

Rather impossible to imagine and remark on every single possibility........like counting tree frogs in the Ozarks.
