Loss of power steering alert

Lost power steering twice, truck in dealer for week now,waiting for backorder part for steer assist/rack. Hope this is recall because this can be dangerous, I was turning into parking lot when totally lost power.just missed hitting car. ALL 2011 EXPLORER OWNERS BE CAUTIOUS! I contacted Ford Corporate and filed safety case with NHTSA.
