Loss of Voice Command Function - Temperature

Sorry for the uber late reply. Your configuration is set that the Climate domain (screen) isn't enabled. That also will disable VR for Climate. So, it's working how it should when it prompts back to use the buttons. It's possible they had some bug earlier that turned it on when it shouldn't. I thought that was limited to MY19 vehicles though.

Thank you for the reply but in my opinion, this goes against everything to do with trying to cut down on distracted driving. Before, I was able to change the temperature while driving by simple voice commands. Now I have to look down, find the correct button and then use it to change the temperature or pull over to do it. Makes no sense to me.

Yeah, I'm not sure how they decide which vehicles get it and which don't. Program decision. From memory, there isn't even a Climate screen for the tablet style displays, so those Explorers don't have VR control of Climate either. I think it's less common on Lincoln's, so maybe they figure the different target customers prefer buttons?

There is a discussion on the Lincoln form about this as well. One member with a 2020 Navigator Black Label has the climate button but mentioned that two 2020 Navigator loaners (non Black Label) did not. Anyway, Ivery seldom change the settings as it is but it's a feature that should be there in my opinion.
