loud hum and/or whine

Noticed a loud hum and/or whine (whining) coming from engine bay when in idle? Only with cold temps? Im guessing its dirty IAC (Idle Air Control) Valve.... Being its the original should i replace or clean? Last time i cleaned it was 2 yrs ago? Question should i clean it with carb cleaner or Electrical Parts cleaner? I have NO idle or problems just a loud hum.....It has gotten louder over the yrs.

Yeah sounds like accessory noise, power steering pump(cold), alternator(getting grumpy), belt noise (cold), idler pulley, tensioner......cat in the fan......
