Loud Sqealing engine bay

I had the same problem. There was a squeling coming from the passenger side, Then one day i was driving along and i hear a pop. It turns out the tensioner pulley broke, due to being locked up. I would check that first.

Just pop it off and clean it if you haven't yet. Only a couple of screws hold it on...

I just picked up a new one at O'Reilly's for $35 (Borg-Warner), the one they sold me the first time (the $90 one) was the wrong one.
