Loud Squeaking

I have an 01 explorer, last year I replaced my lower ball joints. But now when I drive a while say on the expressway/highway I hear a loud squeak come from my front driver side. The loud squeak happens anytime my front end bounces. Doesnt matter if its a small bounce or over a speed bump. Any ideas what is causing this?

Welcome to the forum! You could have an issue with the wheel bearing. That would the first place to start.
