i have an 04 Explorer with 134k on her 4.6L I have a loud tapping noise under the hood and thought it was something in the valvetrain so i got a long screwdriver and put it to the valve covers and everything sounds like its running smooth then put it on the intake manifold and thats where my noise is coming from. I pulled the intake manifold tonight and it looked fine no cracks or anything and gasket looked ok any ideas??? Thanks in advance
