Folks,
I have an audible low-frequency whine that is relatively loud inside the cabin. This whine is barely audible outside the vehicle and appears to be coming from directly beneath the driver's seat. This whine is constant and independent of engine or vehicle speed. It may be best described as sounding like a vaccuum cleaner. I have a 1995 Ford Explorer XLT.
Any suggestions?
