98 5.0L XLT: this is my first AWD/4WD vehicle, so im not sure what is problematic, and what is normal for that type of drivetrain.

lately noticed that after driving for 30 mins or so, at low speeds (just above idle speed), getting vibration/shudder (no grinding) from the AWD (im assuming) once ive turned the wheel one way or the other (no problems i can feel once vehicle has sat, say, overnight or only driven a short distance). i can feel it at the 4 tires, little more so in the front. after searching for posts, ive noticed some possibilities.

changed the brake pads 6+ months ago: could they be getting grabby after getting warm from the driving? do not appear to have odd wear or anything.

changed the gearbox fluids: used synthetic gear oil with limited slip already in the fluid. do i need additional limited slip additive in the differentials?

already had the front ball joints replaced.

i appreciate any help or reference to information. just got the truck 7 month ago. its a very nice ride, and id like to keep it that way. thanks in advance.
