Hey Folks. My '98 AWD is making a grinding noise along with a vibration when turning in any direction at low speeds. No hopping or clunking, and accelerates fine with no clunking slip in the t-case chain ( I'm pretty sure anyway). All 4 tires are matched Michelins. The kicker is that when it's cold the problem isn't bad but after driving a bit it gets pretty bad. Anyone know what the problem is? I just joined up with you guys and this is my first post. Thanks for the help!

Jack up the front wheels and put your hands at 12 and 6 and grab the wheel and try moving the tire back and forth. If you can then the wheel bearing is bad. You can also spin the ntire and see if it grinds.
